With news that ARM/FileSurf would no longer be developed, leaders at Loeb & Loeb (L&L) set out to replace its records management system. Ideally, the firm wanted a modern browser-based solution that supported its extensive compliance requirements.
During its evaluation process, L&L reached out to global legal consulting firm InOutsource to help it investigate FileTrail as a replacement for FileSurf. InOutsource used FileTrail’s drag-and-drop tools to set up a system that was customized for L&L’s common use cases. Thanks to this proof of concept (POC) the firm was confident that using FileTrail would help its team efficiency.
According to Heather Morrow, the firm’s manager of training and special projects:
“[InOutsource] created a proof of concept environment and were very responsive during the evaluation process. Our records managers were impressed with InOutsource’s presentation of FileTrail. We quickly discovered that any option could be configured to meet the needs of respective offices, practice groups and staff. We are looking forward to InOutsource’s implementation expertise and project management skills as we transition to FileTrail.”
